Innovation & Leadership Innovation leadership will give you an introduction into the classical innovation theories and their application in industry and entrepreneurship through history and the geographical and cultural centers of innovation. Including a declination through the diversity in innovation: from technical innovation and digital disruption, through social, business model and managerial innovation. Success in innovation and growth are directly linked to leadership and mindset. To give you some efficient tools this course includes a basic training in thinking methods, from critical thinking, systemic analysis through to the different kinds of intuition. Design Thinking will be enriched with some methods from theatre to push your creativity further. Group exercises give you an opportunity to put everything into practice. This course includes many real case examples. At the end of this course you have an overview over the basic tools to integrate and develop in a corporate innovation environment or to develop your own innovative entrepreneurial positionning. 4 Sessions + 1 Exam-Session. Most documentation is in English. English or French spoken. Homework can be done both in English or French.

Une initiation aux concepts pratiques des évaluations en entreprise (le 360 et autres techniques de survey). Un évaluation écrite est prévue. |
